If a charge is being disputed, please write to disputes@zing-work.com, providing detail on the charge and its date. Also provide the name of the business.
ZING sells business software online as a service. There are no physical products shipped and therefore there is nothing to return
A ZING subscription can be canceled at any time by writing to support@zing-work.com (or canceling from in the ZING application) and will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. See our Help Center at support.zing.work for more information on how to cancel a subscription.
Please do not call or leave a message to cancel, as this will not be accepted. We need the cancelation in writing via email, or by doing so within the ZING Account.
